Checkout errors
Checkout errors are usually related to a browser issue. If you receive an error message during checkout follow these steps:
- Login to your account using the email and password you set up during checkout (if you are unable to login, go to step 4.)
- If your transaction was successfully completed, you will see the payment details in your account, and no further action is needed.
- If your transaction says "pending", or you don't see the payment, your transaction was not completed, go to step 4
- Close all browsing windows and try your transaction again in a private (incognito) Google Chrome window
