Checkout errors

Checkout errors are usually related to a browser issue. If you receive an error message during checkout follow these steps:
  1. Login to your account using the email and password you set up during checkout (if you are unable to login, go to step 4.)
  2. If your transaction was successfully completed, you will see the payment details in your account, and no further action is needed.
  3. If your transaction says "pending", or you don't see the payment, your transaction was not completed, go to step 4
  4. Close all browsing windows and try your transaction again in a private (incognito) Google Chrome window
