Username and Password

How do I set up my username and password?

You will be prompted to set up your username and password at the time of purchase. You can login using your username, or the email address connected to your account. 

To change your password, click on the "change password" link at the bottom of your profile.

What if I forget my username or password? How do I reset it?

If you are unable to login, you can reset your password using reset link on the login page. Please note, we do not have access to passwords.

If you don't receive an email with the reset link, check your spam/junk filter. Still having trouble? Email us and we'll be happy to send you a temporary password.
